The label CHI CHI FAN Hamburg was founded in 2001 in the Hanseatic city. Behind the imposing name is the designer Chi Chi Fan. A woman with a passion that she shares with many: Handbags. "A handbag that goes with everything, has the right size, a practical shape and a beautiful color, is classic and equally high-quality, looks fashionable, but doesn't chase any trend." In other words, a bag for every day. Chi Chi Fan had no lesser aspirations when she made the first ones at her kitchen table and named the various models after her friends. A short time later she opened her first own store in Hamburg and with the City Bag she brings a bag to the market that lives up to her own ideas and that her customers love.
In the search for the perfect bag many products have been added and the many beautiful colors have quickly become a trademark. Besides handbags and laptop bags CHI CHI FAN Hamburg also designs purses, weekenders, cosmetic bags and many other accessories. Two collections per year are created in the Hamburg studio. There, a small team is constantly working together to improve the tried and tested and to develop something new. Classics like the City Bag are wrapped in new colors and noble materials or bags in casual cuts and accessories with illustrious names like the Speedy wallet are created.
Today CHI CHI FAN Hamburg sells leather bags and accessories, which are famous for their great variety of colors, exclusively in its own concept stores in Hamburg as well as in selected stores in Europe and overseas.
