ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
At CHI CHI FAN Hamburg you pay safely, quickly and conveniently. You can choose between the following payment methods:
Credit card
We accept Mastercard and Visa. Your credit card will be charged directly with your order.
PayPal / PayPal Checkout
Pay directly with your account via our partner PayPal.
Prepayment
If you select prepayment by bank transfer, we will send you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods immediately after receipt of payment.
Instant bank transfer
The instant bank transfer option is an online payment system that works in a similar way to an advance bank transfer (prepayment), but is processed immediately without any waiting time. The transfer data is automatically transferred to a secure payment form so that you only have to enter your bank code and your usual online banking access data. Finally, you authorize the transfer with a TAN.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
- Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods.
- Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
The use of the invoice payment method requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
SHIPPING
For orders within Germany we charge 6.90 € shipping costs. Return shipping is free of charge.
For orders within Europe, 18 € shipping costs will be charged. All additional costs incurred, such as customs duties or taxes, are borne by the customer.
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We ship with the courier company DHL. The delivery time within Germany is approx. 1-3 days after payment verification. If you order at the weekend or on a public holiday, delivery may take 3-4 working days. Shipments abroad take longer.
