Returning your items is free of charge and uncomplicated. If an ordered item does not meet your requirements, you can return it within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price via your chosen payment method. Please return items clean, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items purchased in-store via the online service. Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
We always try to process returns as quickly as possible, during particularly busy times (Christmas and Sale for example) this can sometimes take a little longer.
Here's how you can return items from your order to us:

We will process your return request ASAP AND EMAIL YOU A DELIVERY CERTIFICATE AND YOUR DHL RETURNS LABEL. |

PLEASE PRINT OUT BOTH. PUT THE DELIVERY BILL WITH YOUR RETURN IN THE PACKAGE AND STICK THE DHL RETURN LABEL CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE. |

Drop off your package at a Deutsche Post branch or DHL STATION. |

AS SOON AS YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION FROM US BY MAIL WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE REFUND. |
