Our grained Italian cowhide leather is very durable and generally does not require any additional protection. If necessary, the surface can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Like all dyed leathers, it should not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods—it’s best to store your bag in a protected place when you’re not using it for a while.
Our soft aniline and nubuck leathers are natural and open-pored—the surface remains untreated so that the grain and color retain their vibrancy. This is precisely what makes these leathers special, but it also means they absorb moisture. We therefore recommend waterproofing them before wearing them for the first time and refreshing the surface occasionally with a soft brush. Over time, a subtle patina will develop, making each piece even more unique.
Returning your items is free of charge and uncomplicated. If an ordered item does not meet your requirements, you can return it within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price via your chosen payment method. Please return items clean, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items purchased in-store via the online service. Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
We always try to process returns as quickly as possible, during particularly busy times (Christmas and Sale for example) this can sometimes take a little longer.
